Design Coordinator / Draftsman
Job Requirements:
- Min 3-5 years relevant experience in Construction / interior field;
- Certificate Holder in related disciplines;
- Proven experience in producing interior design details & construction drawings;
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop and MS Office, Chinese Word Processing;
- Good command in English & Cantonese & Mandarin;
- Independently, hardworking, initiative, creative and responsible;
- Overtime work required.

Project Manager (Interior Fitting out)
Job Description:
- Preparing for the quotations, tender documents & time schedules;
- To supervise and control site activities, and ensure that all construction works are being met in accordance with projects specification;
- To plan, monitor, control, and report the work progress;
- To communicate and liaise with client's representatives, subcontractors and related parties;
- To ensure compliance with contractual and statutory requirements;
- Assist in coordination and overall supervision of the team on site.
Job Requirements:
- Holder of Higher Diploma or High Certificate or above in the related disciplines;
- Minimum 8 years of working experience in fitting out projects;
- Good Computer skills on MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and project;
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD;
- Initiative, independent and responsible;
- Hardworking and able to work under pressure;
- Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin;
- Overtime work required;
- Immediate available will be an advantage.

Site Supervisor
Job Description:
- Site Supervisor in all aspect of project follow up such as material planning, logistics and transportation coordination etc.
- Supervise and monitor all site work
- Liaise and coordinate with sub-contractors and ensure the work progress meet schedule
Job Requirements:
- Form 5 or above
- Minimum 3 years relevant fitting-out and site supervision experience
- Hard-working, attentive to details, self-motivated, strong sense of responsibility and good communication skills
- Good PC Knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlooks;
- With AutoCAD knowledge.
